Order Management
The order system has a number of key features, including:
- Ability to change/delete ticket selections (administrators only)
- Resending of e-Ticket PDF via email or fax
- Storage of notes or comments against an order
- Processing of payments or refunds against an order
- Free email and SMS alerts
- Call Centre integration
Order Summaries
Downloadable lists and summaries of all orders are created and updated in real-time. These can be downloaded in a variety of formats, including PDF, Excel and HTML.
Order lists contain basic customer information, payment details and order totals. These can be imported into most popular accounting packages.
Review Management
You can choose to allow customers to post reviews of your event (good or bad!). Reviews can then be published on web sites, or collated for market research.
