Customers are the core of your organisations existance - the more accurate information and data you maintain about your customers, the more you understand about your customers, and the more you can offer.
Customer Fields
Whilst the system requires customers to complete a number of common fields when registering or purchasing tickets, you can create any number of additional fields to collect more specific information.
Common fields built into the system include:
- Full Name
- Address Details
- Telephone contact details
- Email Address
The system also automatically collects information about the browser and operating system customers use, for analytical purposes.
- Web Browswer Name and Version
- Operating System (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, etc.)
Customer Groups
Virtual Box Office automatically creates "Groups" of customers, based on purchase history and demographics. This allows you to download lists of customers for marketing campaigns that are specifically targeted to your needs.
Customer Exports
An Open Data policy is maintained by Virtual Box Office - this means that we allow you to download all and any information kept about your customers - these are your customers and we strongly believe you own the data.
Real-Time Reporting
To assist with marketing campaigns and demographic analysis, Virtual Box Office automatically collates geographical information from your customers. This allows you to create a snapshot of the most common locations in which your customers reside.
